Co-founders Joe, Rob, and Rich bring a mix of design, marketing, and technology expertise to the table, while Tom, a PGA pro and the inventor of The Putting Edge, ensures everything we do genuinely helps you improve your game.

Joe’s an experienced golfer and seasoned marketer who knows how to make a product stand out. Rob’s the brains behind product design - a golf equipment obsessive who’s never met a prototype he couldn’t improve and loves bombing a 300 yard drive as much as holing a 30 footer. Rich is our tech guy keeping us grounded with a fresh perspective and plenty of "what does this bit do?" moments. We might not be scratch golfers but we all share one thing in common: we're really really good at putting.

Tom brings the tour-level insight, developed The Putting Edge device based on years of coaching experience, and continues to advise on all product development. We may not take ourselves too seriously - but when it comes to helping you putt better, we’re deadly serious.
